Challenges That Hold Back Organizational Growth

Addressing challenges that hold back organizational growth

#1

The limits of ad-hoc OJT: unclear who should learn what.

Employee skills and potential are not visible, so development depends on frontline "intuition and experience." This prevents efficient capability building and leads to inconsistent quality and productivity across the organization.

#2

Japanese manufacturing excellence does not take root on the shop floor.

Even after external training, people revert to old habits back at work. When introducing Japanese manufacturing philosophy (5S, SOPs, etc.), local staff often feel it is imposed, and practices become superficial.

#3

Learning stays in silos; the next generation of managers does not emerge.

There are strong operators, but one-off training alone does not raise the organization. A clear "development ladder" to grow people from frontline roles into leaders with an executive mindset is missing.

Assessment and training programs designed for companies within MM2100.

Data-driven
development and motivation

Data-driven development

Assess skills before and after learning. Give the organization evidence for capability mapping and talent decisions, and give individuals visibility of their strengths and motivation to learn—so development is no longer based on intuition alone.

Learning that builds
pride and engagement

Learning that builds pride and engagement

We blend Japanese manufacturing and management philosophy with respect for Indonesian culture. The result is a positive environment where everyone can learn, practice, and grow with motivation and continuity.

CORE SKILL

Logical Thinking

The ability to structure information and think in a clear, step-by-step way. It is the foundation of every problem-solving process and supports consistent decision-making and persuasive communication.

1
Understand current state & identify issues

Objectively grasp the current situation based on facts and identify the real problem—not just surface symptoms.

2
Define the problem

From your analysis, pinpoint the true issue to solve and clearly define the gap between the current state and the target state.

3
Solutions & action plans

Design the right approach to the problem, considering feasibility and risk, and turn it into a concrete action plan.

4
Clear communication

Present the plan to stakeholders in a logical, easy-to-follow way. Build buy-in and bring the team along to execution.
